1. Information We Collect
We collect information that helps us operate the Site, run our business, fulfill orders, and communicate with you. Depending on how you use the Site, this may include:
Order and contact information
Name, email address, phone number, delivery address, delivery notes or instructions (if you choose delivery), and the items you purchase.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers.
Waitlist information
Email address and or phone number, and optional first name, if you choose to join our waitlist.
Marketing preferences
Your opt-in or opt-out status for SMS and email marketing messages.
Device and usage data
IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, timestamps, and similar activity data, which may be collected through cookies and similar technologies.
No account required
You do not need to create an account to browse the Site or place an order.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Fulfill and deliver your meal orders
• Send transactional updates such as order confirmations and delivery notifications
• Send promotional or marketing messages by SMS or email if you have opted in, or where permitted by law
• Improve our menu offerings, operations, website performance, and customer experience

3. Advertising, Cookies, and Meta Pixel / Conversions API
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand usage, and measure advertising performance.
We use Meta advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, to help measure ad performance, attribute purchases, and, depending on your settings, deliver relevant ads.
Hashed identifiers
When using the Meta Conversions API, we may send certain identifiers in hashed form, such as hashed email address and or hashed phone number, along with event data like a purchase event. We may also share cookie identifiers (such as _fbp or _fbc), IP address, and user agent to help measure performance and deduplicate events.
Hashing is a one-way process intended to reduce direct readability. Hashed identifiers may still be treated as personal information under applicable privacy laws.
We do not receive or access your Meta account information.

4. SMS and Email Communications
If you provide your phone number and or email address, we may send you transactional messages, such as order updates, and marketing or promotional messages where permitted and based on your preferences.

• You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP or following the instructions in our messages
We use Twilio to send and manage SMS and email communications, including delivery status and, when applicable, link-click tracking.

We share information with trusted service providers and partners who help us operate our business, including:

• Messaging and email delivery through Twilio
• Advertising measurement through Meta, as described above
• Infrastructure, database, and hosting providers such as Supabase
• Operational tools such as Airtable used for order and fulfillment workflows
Each provider is contractually required to protect your information and use it only as instructed by us.

Delivery addresses and fulfillment details are retained only as needed for order fulfillment, customer service, and required accounting or legal purposes.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
